Product validation

Digital production files and catalog compatibility are verified. Physical print, fit, packaging and the final defect workflow still require approval before checkout opens.

Returns & cancellations

• No purchase or cancellation flow is active while checkout is closed.
• The final return, defect and replacement policy will be published before launch.
• EU customers keep statutory rights.

Shipping

• The two digitally verified launch SKUs include Italy.
• Final destinations, rates, provider responsibilities and delivery estimates will be shown before payment.
